Join us as we celebrate the progress in the diagnosis and treatment of Marfan syndrome and related disorders at the 18th Annual HeartWorks New York City gala. Special guests include Ann Reinking, dancer, actor, and choreographer, the recipient of the Karen Murray Inspiration of Excellence Award, and our Hero with Heart honorees, Dr. Reed Pyeritz, geneticist and founding member of The Marfan Foundation and Gil Bashe, Managing Partner Healthcare at Finn Partners.
This fun-filled evening features an amazing silent auction, dinner, and entertainment at the Ziegfeld Ballroom, hosted by Karen Murray, CEO of Sequential Brands Group.
All proceeds will go to improve the lives of those with Marfan syndrome and related connective tissue disorders.
The Marfan Foundation creates a brighter future for everyone affected by Marfan syndrome and related disorders. Marfan syndrome is a chronic and progressive genetic disorder that affects the body's connective tissue. There are also several disorders related to Marfan syndrome that cause people to struggle with similar physical problems.
We will not rest until we’ve achieved victory— a world in which everyone with Marfan syndrome or a related disorder receives a proper diagnosis, gets the necessary treatment, and lives a long and full life.
