JOURNAL GUIDELINES

AD SIZES & ART   All ads should be one size:

3600 pixels x 2700 pixels, which equals

12"w x 9"h at high resolution (300 dpi)

Ads may be full color.  No bleed required.

We recommend keeping all text .5" from all edges. 

FILE FORMATS   Ads must be in one of the following file formats: 

PDF (high quality / fonts embedded)

JPG (high resolution / 300 dpi)

EPS (CS6-compatible / fonts converted to outlines)

Please Note:  Indesign and Publisher files are not accepted.

Word Documents may require reformatting. 

Please do not send low resolution image files (most GIF and PNG files; JPG files less than 300 dpi).

If files are large, please use a service such as WeTransfer or Dropbox to transfer files.   

Sponsors are also requested to send their logos in digital file formats (EPS or AI format recommended; high resolution JPG format accepted).
